Fall has come and gone and tween model Lyliana had the privilege to experience the vintage B&B Aaron Burr House in New Hope, Pa.. Pumpkins and orange leaves filled the cool air as she wore her best fall attire from NYFW designer Sazie Rahman.
Born and raised in Guyana, South America, where Sazie developed a love of fashion at a young age.
Her mother was a successful sewing instructor, and she was always fascinated by the beautiful fashion books she had around the house.
She moved to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a fashion designer.
Sazie started out working in a cutting room, and several fashion showrooms in midtown Manhattan, where she learned about the different fabrics and techniques used in fashion designing.
Inspired by her Indian background and her love of old Bollywood movies, and old Hollywood glamour, She developed a personal style that is both conservative and elegant.
She is known for her intricate designs, which often incorporate traditional Indian motifs, of old Bollywood and old Hollywood glamour.
She is a Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) alumni, currently a freelance fashion designer, growing list of private clients, and she is excited to continue to grow her business in the years to come.
She is passionate about creating beautiful and timeless clothing that makes women feel confident and beautiful.
*Inspirations:*
Her greatest inspirations are her parents, her Indian heritage, old Bollywood, and old Hollywood glamour. Her mother was a successful sewing instructor, and she taught her almost everything she knows about fashion design.
